Existing Industries Program

In an effort to better serve our existing industries, the Hawkins County Industrial Development Board launched a new REAP (Retention, Expansion, Assistance Program) Program in 2016. The REAP Program offers various services which include: one-on-one company visits and group meetings that help build a support system of economic development and workforce resources as well peers for management and HR professionals. We may also, from time to time, send out surveys and ask for data collection from our employers. We will provide you with updates regarding issues that most affect business and industry.
