Rebecca Baker

Rebecca is a native of Rogersville, TN. She joined Hawkins County Industrial Development Board in July of 2013 as the Executive Assistant to the Industrial Development. Upon the retirement of the Industrial Developer she became the sole employee of the HCIDB. Her job duties have expanded to include the duties of the former Industrial Developer. She also works very closely with NETWORKS on recruiting new industries to Hawkins County. She has also completed all the courses and graduated as a Tennessee Certified Economic Developer.
